His distinguished bicorn hat, accented by a cockade, along with his redingote, epaulets and array of medals, are intricately rendered, emphasizing the grandeur and authority associated with his image. The sides of the medallion bear raised and worn lettering, with "NAPOLEON" inscribed on one side and "EMP R. ET ROI" (Emperor and King) on the other, underscoring his dual titles.
