The caseback is adorned with rich purple guilloché enamel, accented by a delicate white enamel rose and leaf garland. Applied platinum decorations set with 8 old mine cut diamonds enhance its elegance, while an additional 80 diamonds frame the border. The watch is housed in an elaborate platinum frame, further set with 136 old mine. . .

The watch is housed in an elaborate platinum frame, further set with 136 old mine cut diamonds and three pear-shaped diamond drops. A green guilloché bezel with a white enamel border surrounds the white porcelain enamel dial, which features black Arabic numerals and gold five-minute markers. The watch has a cabochon amethyst set in the winding crown. The original platinum chain, set with 14 old mine cut diamonds, completes this remarkable timepiece.
